Cancellations and Returns Policy

Motofever believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has  a liberal cancellation policy.

  • We will gladly exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email to info@motofever.com , or whatsapp us on our contact number and inform our team about the return. You can visit our showroom within 7 days of receiving the item or ship them back to Motofever for eligibility inspection.  
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Any sealed packaging of the product or accessories packed within the main product, if opened or tampered with, will not qualify for return.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item not in its original condition; or any labels and stickers removed or tampered with; item that is damaged or has missing parts; or does not have original packaging or damaged packaging, will not be exchanged.
  • We would request you to ship back the product in its original condition and unused. Once we receive the shipment back, we will inspect it to confirm it is in its original, acceptable and resell-able condition. Only after inspection can we exchange the product or issue a credit note, valid for 45 days (No Refunds). 
  • NB: To and Fro shipping charges for the exchange will be at the customer’s expense. 
    • Exchange from Outside UAE : Any re-import charges in UAE, re-import duties back to your country applied by authorities will be at the customers expense.
  • All products purchased online on SALE are final and cannot be exchanged and returned for any reason. Warranty on discounted are items are conditional and on the company's discretion.

Refund Policy

Motofever does not have any refund policy,  if the product received by the customer is defective or damaged, Motofever will repair or replace the product, after inspecting and validating the claim.
