Motofever believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

    • We will gladly exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email to info@motofever.com and we will send you a return shipping label or you can visit our showroom within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Any item not in its original condition, or any labels and stickers removed, item that is damaged or has missing parts will not be exchanged.

    • We would request you to ship back the product in its original condition and unused. Once we receive the shipment back, we will inspect it to confirm it is in its original condition. Only after inspection can we exchange the product or issue a credit note, valid for 45 days (No Refunds).

    • NB: To and From shipping charges for the exchange will be at the customer’s expense. 

  • All products purchased in-store and online on SALE are final and cannot be exchanged and returned. Warranty on discounted are items are conditional.

Refund Policy

Motofever does not have any refund policy, however if the product received by the customer is defective or damaged, Motofever will repair or replace the product, after inspecting and validating the claim.
